DOUBT and TEST is a much better paradigm than FAITH and TRUST in the mechanical world.

It is true that we cannot test everything ourselves, and must often put faith in those Trained and "Qualified" in subjects such as flying passenger jets and handling hazardous materials and operations.

But it is also ESSENTIAL to our personal and collective futures that we not "wait until something goes bang" - or trust Government, Military, Commercial or Religious entities - who all have their own agendas - to do it for us.
